This unique package offers the flavors of Bedford Springs Resort! Learn firsthand from our award winning culinary team how to create gourmet dishes from appetizers to desserts! This package includes luxurious guest room accommodations, breakfast buffet in the Crystal Room, wine tasting and food tasting at our Chef's table and dinner in 1796. It is an Epicurean Weekend at Bedford Springs featuring Bon Appétit!

November 7- 9, 2008

This Veterans' Day weekend learn more about food, wine, entertaining! The culinary team from Bedford Springs Resort is teaming up with bon appétit magazine to bring you an Epicurean Weekend. Executive Chef Konrad Meier will be joined with other well known chefs as well as Bon Appétit's own Chef de Cuisine, Jonathan Lindenauer to plan fabulous cocktail, wine and menu pairings. Also included:

• Welcome Reception - Wines and Spirits from Around the World!
• Morning Yoga and Guided Hikes
• A Bedford Farmers' Market - organic products, local cheeses, handmade kitchen items, French linens, Italian pottery and even items for your favorite pooch!
• Saturday Lunch - learn to get the Meditteranean Way! Enjoy food and eat healthy all at the same time
• Saturday Evening Gala Reception and Dinner
• Sunday morning - A Sunday Brunch to remember!
• Deluxe guest room accommodations for two nights

Prices for the two night package are from: $595 per person, based on double occupancy, plus taxes and resort fee of $20.00 per room per day. Please call the resort directly for single occupancy prices and suite prices.

Reservation Terms and More Information

• Rates listed are for the current season and subject to change.
• A deposit equal to one night's room rate plus tax is due at time of booking.
• There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for all reservations.
• Rates are subject to availability.
• Rate is per person, per night and based on double occupancy.
• The package rates above do not include gratuities, taxes, and resort fees.
• Guest rooms, corridors & public/meeting space are smoke free areas.
• Requests for specific accommodations will be noted, however, cannot be guaranteed.
• Check in time is 4:00 pm & check out time is 11:00 am.
• Advance reservations for dining are strongly recommended.
• Advance reservations required for spa services but may not be available at all times.
• Tee times are required for golf and may be made up to 7 days in advance. All golf packages include greens fee, golf car and unlimited use of the resort's expansive practice facility.
• Pets are allowed. Please contact reservations for pet policy and deposit information
• Cots/roll-away beds are not available.
• Not valid on group/convention business.
• Cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
• Other restrictions may apply.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room at Bedford Springs Resort.
• A fee equal to one night's room rate plus tax will be assessed for early departures.
